This service will provide a location for individuals and/or their companies
where they can place information regarding services they provide. As this
service is based on Yahoo computers and therefore out of my control, I do not
promise that the service will always be up and running. If phone lines go
down, or if they fail to operate for any reason, I am not responsible for
your loss of business. There is no refund or extension of service if for
reasons out of my control, the service is down. If Yahoo looses your
information due to whatever, I will have the page back in operation as soon as
possible.
There are no banner ads to be placed in or on your site by this service. If you choose to use this service to link to a location where you are currently posting your web site, I am not responsible for any advertising they place on your information.
All vendors, contractors, and services are expected to provide and maintain a high standard of content for this service. With that regard, there will be no advertising for any other service or activity placed inside the space provided for you as a part of your posted information, i.e. no banner ads for other services. There will be no pages or links with sexual, rude, or discriminating content allowed on this service. If any such content or activity is observed, you will be removed from this site without refund or notice.
The price for a single page link to your site is $250 per year and renewable on an annual basis from the date of billing. If you choose not to renew, your information will be saved and forwarded to you at the conclusion of our agreement. Additional pages are negotiable, depending upon your needs.
If you have products to post, these can be handled at a cost plus 5% for sales that are redirected to you. If desired all credit activity and sales may be handled by this site in it's "cart". This price is to be negotiated on an individual basis.
Pass through links are negotiable items. Normally, it is easier, and preferred, to pay a flat $250 for the advertising space. We are open to the "price per click" principle upon request.
If you have no "Home Page" one can be designed and set-up for you at a negotiated price, normally around $250 for a 2 to 4 page site. All connecting fees and registration fees for a site name are in addition to this fee. We will establish your site on the "Yahoo" network if desired (Best bang for the buck! See their website services agreement for details.).
